I love being a photographer. I really, really do. I love being able to connect with people and being a part of one of the most important days of their lives. Megan and I connected over the winter, and had a very long phone conversation that totally got off track from photography – thinking back on it, it’s so funny to me. So I was very excited to meet Megan and her fiance Nick for the first time when we shot their engagement session in Central Park.
They were a very easy-going and fun couple to work with. Nick was hilarious and making us all laugh! Such a fun session!
I also had to momentarily steal Megan’s ring and take about a billion photos of it on, in, and hanging from various flowers.
We really lucked out too, since we shot this on a beautiful day weather-wise in between some long stretches of very nasty weather!
Ahhh. That was fun. The best part? I’m shooting their December wedding too!
